For new customers, a text reminder will be sent to your cell phone and/or a staff will try calling you. If there is no response from either, your appointment will be cancelled automatically.
Please respect the time of your technicians and other customers. If you need to reschedule your appointment then please do so 24hrs in advance.
If you arrive late, it impacts the staff from doing a quality job and make customers after you wait. Your appointment may be reduced or cancelled if there is not enough time to complete your service.
Also we are noticing customers booking appointments and not showing up or cancelling last minute which prevents our valued customers from booking those times.
We will charge a cancellation fee of $10 and also request a $25 deposit before booking your next appointment.
