Please respect the time of your technicians and other customers. If you need to reschedule your appointment then please do so 24 hours in advance.
If you arrive late, it impacts the staff from doing a quality job and will make customers after you wait. Your appointment may be reduced or cancelled if there is not enough time to complete your service which is also considered a late minute cancellation.
We will charge a cancellation fee of $25 if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours and also a $25 deposit required before booking your next appointment.
Your VIP status will be reset if this occurs 3 times.
