Below are some changes that we have put into place to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers
We will no longer be taking walk-ins and we will only book a maximum of 3 customers at any given time so available appointments will be limited. If there are no appointment booked for the rest of the day then we will allow the staff to take the rest of the day off so they can practice social distancing. Please call well in advance to book an appointment to ensure we have a station and staff ready for your service.
Unfortunately we will no longer be booking large groups until further notice.
We will have a sign blocking the entrance so just wave "hello" to let us know you have arrived and someone will come to direct you in. Please do not enter if you see another customer at the reception desk.
The manicure tables and pedicure chairs have been arranged to ensure that there is enough space so you will not be sitting right beside another customer and there will be a plexi-glass shield between you and our staff.
The first thing we will ask you to do is wash your hands at the wash station. If you need to use your phone during your appointment then please wipe your phone at the wash station as well.
Please refrain from touching your face. If you need to sneeze, please sneeze into your elbow and not your hands.
If you are feeling sick or have been travelling, please call to reschedule your appointment. We will also ask the question when you arrive for your appointment.
We recommend that customers should wear a face mask, handkerchief or towel to cover their mouth and nose during their appointment. This is recommended by our health officials as an additional preventative measure and as per our prime minister Justin Trudeau, "it prevents you from breathing or speaking moistly" :-) It is not mandatory for customers but it'll help everyone in the salon feel safe.
